Owner of Caddmandu. Senior MX / Highways / Civil Designer

Jason has over 30 years of comprehensive experience as a user, trainer and in Technical Support of MX. As a Project Manager, he has been involved at a senior level in many projects.

Jason is skilled in Road Design and Construction, including Concept, Final and Detail design of urban and rural roads from local roads to highways.

Senior MX / Highways / Civil Designer

Marcis is a qualified Road Designer and MX (MOSS) User with 20 years broad experience in road / rail works design, production and preparation of plans for construction works and projects implementation.

Senior Civil Designer

Martin Patfield is an experienced Lead MX Designer with over 30 years’ experience in road and civil infrastructure design.

His experience extends from concept and detail design for major urban arterial routes as well as urban and rural motorways to major and minor intersection and roundabout design. Martin has also worked as project verifier on a number of motorway and major arterial road projects.

Geometric Designer

Len has 25 years of experience in the design of rural road, urban road, motorway and motorway interchange projects working for clients such as New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA), Queensland Department of Main Roads (TMR), Queensland Motorways Limited, New South Wales Road and Maritime Services (RMS) and VicRoads.

Len is passionate about highway design and enjoys sharing information and teaching others.

Administration Manager

As Caddmandu has grown, Sue’s administration and managerial skills have been vital in setting up procedures and co-ordinating company events.

Sue is responsible for the creation of Caddmandu’s Policy Documents and has been involved in the organisation of the Annual Conference for the MX Association since 1999.

Senior AutoCAD Drafter & Designer

Dean Bourke is a self-motivated and confident drafter with experience in a broad range of activities associated with the civil engineering field, including road markings, signposting, earthworks, public utility & electrical installations, and construction sequencing. Dean’s experience is spread across road, rail and airport works.

Graduate Civil Engineer

Andrew has completed a Bachelor of Engineering and is currently undertaking further studies in drafting software exclusively AutoCAD and 12D. In addition to his studies, his experience in drafting includes 5 years of Brisbane Boys College CAD classe

Graduate Architect and Draftsperson

Priya is an Architect and Draftsperson who is currently studying Master of Landscape Architecture at the University of Melbourne. Priya is able to handle various aspects of design projects right from documentation, design development, concept-building to Architectural presentation.

Civil Drafter

Alex is a Civil Designer Drafter who is currently studying his Certificate III in Engineering. He has experience in design of civil aspects, including signage and line marking, pavements, road geometry, safety barriers, subsoil drainage, public utilities, electrical, earthworks and construction sequencing.

Accounts

Tahlia joined Caddmandu in 2018 to assist in the area of bookkeeping and accounts administration. Tahlia has implemented new accounting practices and programs to assist in helping grow the business. She continues to look after the general bookkeeping tasks.
